Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
● All safari bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or official booking form.
● A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure accommodations, park entries, and transportation.
● The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before safari departure.
● Bookings made less than 30 days before departure require full payment at the time of confirmation.
● Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card (secure link), or mobile money (for Kenyan residents).
2. Pricing
● All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
● Prices are based on current rates and may change due to government taxes, park fees, fuel prices, or currency fluctuations.
● We strive to honor confirmed prices, but in rare cases where unavoidable increases occur, clients will be informed in advance.
3. Travel Documents
● Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and necessary vaccinations.
● Tim’s Jungle Safaris and Explorer Ltd will provide support with visa and entry information upon request but is not responsible for entry denials or incomplete travel documents.
4. Travel Insurance
● Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
● Tim’s Jungle Safaris is not liable for loss, damage, or delays due to accidents, health issues, or unforeseen events.
5. Safari Activities
● Game drives, flights, park visits, and excursions are subject to weather, wildlife behavior, and park regulations.
● While every effort is made to provide scheduled experiences, changes may occur due to safety or operational concerns
6. Liability
● Tim’s Jungle Safaris and Explorer Ltd is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, delays, or third-party service providers.
● Our liability is limited to the safari cost paid and excludes indirect or consequential losses.
